Louie Rosado - Chair/Founder/President

Louie has been traveling extensively since 1972 scouting and preparing, setting up medical clinics around the world such as Hurricane Katrina, the tsunami, and the Haiti earthquake and is also an active member of the Red Cross. Louie retired from his position as a respiratory therapist at Providence - St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California in 2016 and now devotes his time to Medical Mission Adventures.

William Scott Ruiz M.D. Inc.- Medical Director

Scott graduated from the USC School of Medicine in 1981. He worked for 30 years as a Family Physician for HealthCare Partners before recently retiring. Scott not only serves in our mobile medical clinics but also serves as our medical consultant.

Mark De Leon - Dental Director

Mark graduated from USC School of Dentistry and has two dental offices in the San Fernando Valley where he has been practicing since 1982. He is in charge of ordering dental supplies and equipment and coordinates all dental aspects of our clinics.

Patty Dupont-Tyler - Secretary

Patty DuPont-Tyler is first and foremost a servant of Jesus Christ.  She is married to the wonderful Mark Tyler, who retired from the Marine Corps and does all sorts of fun and exciting things.  Together they have six children, twelve grandchildren, and have had numerous cats and dogs throughout their almost 31 years of marriage.
Patty immigrated from Mexico to the United States along with her mother and two older brothers just before her 5th birthday.  Like many immigrant children she had to learn a new language and adapt to a new culture.  She was educated in Santa Ana, CA from kinder through junior college.  She earned her BSN at Biola University and her MSN at California State University at Long Beach; she also trained as a pediatric nurse practitioner and earned her school nurse credential there.  She has been involved in several ministries, to include MMA, as well as her pediatric nurse practitioner organization, NAPNAP Orange County.

For fun, Patty loves to dance, travel, and read.  She also treasures times with family and friends especially if this time is spent over good conversation and good coffee.

Barbara has been married to Louie for over 35 years and handles many of the daily logistical duties that keeps MMA functioning.
